Blake Webb

Founder & Principal

Blake Webb brings 15+ years of real estate experience and a deep-rooted understanding of Moore County to his work as founder and owner of Taproot Realty Group. A native of the area, Blake has built his career on a foundation that few agents can match. Before entering real estate, he spent years in site selection and due diligence for a regional developer, giving him firsthand knowledge of how investors and developers think, evaluate opportunity, and make decisions.

Blake specializes in commercial real estate across the Pinehurst and Sandhills region, working with business owners, developers, and investors on retail, office, land, and investment properties. He combines sharp market insight with a genuine commitment to the people he serves, helping clients cut through the noise, understand their options, and move forward with confidence. In addition to his commercial work, he assists select residential buyers and sellers with the same level of care and attention he brings to every commercial transaction.

An undergraduate of Western Carolina University and a higher education graduate UNC Pembroke, Blake’s education has roots in the same region he now serves professionally. Before real estate, he spent time in the classroom as a teacher, an experience that sharpened his ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust quickly. When he’s not working, you’ll find Blake out on his bike, in the gym, or chasing adventures in the mountains or at the beach with his wife and two daughters.

Hayley Clark

Client Experience Manager

Hayley Clark is the Office Manager at Taproot Realty Group and a Pinehurst native who has spent her career building the kind of behind-the-scenes foundation that makes real estate transactions run seamlessly. A graduate of UNC Wilmington, she earned her degree in Business Management before bringing that organizational mindset home to the Sandhills.

At Taproot, Hayley keeps everything moving. From client communication and scheduling to transaction coordination and listing management, she ensures that every detail is handled with precision and care. Whether a deal is just getting started or heading toward the closing table, Hayley’s attention to detail and steady presence make the process smoother for everyone involved.

When she’s not keeping the office running, you’ll find Hayley out on a run, planning her next trip, or soaking up some beach time, a habit she picked up during her years living in Wilmington that she hasn’t been able to shake since.

Leah Danak

Marketing & Brand Strategist

A Pinehurst native with deep roots in the Sandhills region, Leah Danak brings a rare combination of marketing expertise and real estate knowledge to Taproot Realty Group. With an undergraduate degree from East Carolina University and a Master’s in Brand Marketing from Auburn University, she has built a career centered on one core belief: that a strong brand is the foundation of every successful business.

Her passion lies in growing brands from the ground up, particularly for local businesses that are the heartbeat of their communities. Holding both a real estate license and a mortgage license, she brings a well-rounded perspective to the real estate world that goes far beyond marketing alone.

What sets Leah apart is her genuine enthusiasm for the communities she serves. When she’s not developing marketing strategies or growing a brand’s social footprint, you’ll find her spending time with her family, serving on the PA board at her children’s school, traveling, and supporting the local businesses that make the Sandhills area such a special place to call home.
